Welcome to Madda Hotel! A place where comfort and peace meet the unique beauty of Bodrum. Below you can find some important information to help you plan your stay:
Check-In and Check-Out Procedures
Check-in: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM (2 in the afternoon). If your room is ready earlier, we will be happy to help you check in early. Due to legal requirements, all guests checking into the hotel must present a valid photo ID (national identity card or passport). Our guests who do not have a valid identity document cannot check into the hotel.
Check-out: Check-out time from the hotel is before 12:00 (noon). If your flight or bus is at a later time, you can leave your luggage at the reception and use our pier or lobby area.
Room Cleaning
We care about both your comfort and the environment.
Every morning during breakfast, our team will say good morning to you and ask about your room-cleaning preferences.
Our standard cleaning service includes taking out the trash, sweeping, mopping, cleaning the bathroom and changing towels every day.
To support environmental awareness, bedspreads, sheets and pillowcases are changed once every 2 days unless otherwise stated. If you prefer it to be changed less frequently, please let us know.
We also respect your privacy. If you do not want your room cleaned, please let us know.
Please note that our rooms open directly to the outside and there are trees and flowers around them. From time to time, leaves, small branches, dust, pollen and even small insects can enter the room when the hotel room door is opened. If you feel there is a lack of cleanliness or if you need a towel change or any other need during the day due to any mishap, please let us know and we will try to help you immediately.
Internet Access
We have free wireless internet access throughout our hotel. The network that will get the fastest signal is
“maddaiskele” on the pier and suite room,
“maddahotel” in the lobby
“maddaoda” in other rooms.
You can get the password from the reception upon entry.
Bed Sizes
The dimensions of the beds used in our rooms are as follows. Our double beds are 140 cm x 190 cm and our single beds are 90 cm x 190 cm.
Room Types
Madda Hotel offers a variety of room types to suit your needs:
Suite Room (1 unit): (35 m²) There is an entrance hall at the entrance. From the hall, there are 3 separate doors to 2 separate rooms and 1 bathroom. One of the rooms has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. The double room has access to a sea-view balcony. It is located on the 2nd floor.
Family Rooms (2 units): (25 m²) Located in the back block, on the ground floor (no sea view). It consists of a front room with two single beds, a bathroom and a separate room with a double bed separated by a door. Both rooms have separate air conditioning and television.
Triple Room (1 unit): (20 m²) Located in the back block, on the 2nd floor. It has one double bed and one single bed. A veranda with a partial sea view and seating area is shared with the Twin Room.
Twin Room (1 unit): (18 m²) There are two single beds. It shares its veranda with sea view with the Triple Room.
Double Rooms (2 units): (16 m²) Located on the ground floor of the back block. There is one double bed in the room. They have garden views.
All Rooms: Have LED TV, split air conditioning, mini fridge, wardrobe, dressing table, pouf, kettle, tea/coffee set and private bathroom/toilet.
Free Facilities
Bathroom Amenities: Shampoo, shower gel, soap and disposable slippers are provided free of charge for each of our guests.
In-Room Treats: Regardless of the number of people, 2 small bottles of water in the mini fridge and 1 small bottle of water on the tea/coffee tray are our treat in each of our rooms. There are also 2 teabags, 2 single coffees and sugar.
Food
A Turkish-style breakfast is included in the price and is served every morning. Our kitchen’s young and dynamic team has prepared a wonderful menu for you for lunch and dinner.
Please note
Noise: Although we strive to provide a peaceful environment, noise may occur from time to time from events held at nearby hotels or entertainment venues on Türkbükü beach.
Wind: The location of our hotel is under the influence of the north wind. From time to time, our pier pleasure may be slightly reduced due to the strengthening of this wind.
Pier and Sunbeds
Relax and enjoy the sun on our private pier. Sunbeds and umbrellas on our pier are for the use of our guests. We rarely accept guests from outside to the sunbeds. Therefore, it is very unlikely that you will encounter a problem of not being able to find a sunbed. Access to the sea is only via the stairs descending from the pier. We do not have a sandy area.
Breakfast
Our complimentary breakfast is served as a buffet on our pier between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. Our guests sit at their tables and we serve them breakfast. Breakfast includes 3 types of cheese, 2 types of olives, jam, honey, butter, tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelon and two types of hot service, such as french fries and french toast. Our guest’s egg preference is asked and cooked and served at that moment. Chilled purified water and tea are included in the breakfast without limit; all other drinks are extra. If you want to eat more of any of the varieties at breakfast, you can get it by telling our staff.
Precautions at Sea
Since Gölköy and Türkbükü bays are a center of attraction for yachts, some businesses do water sports both next to our hotel and in some other hotels. In addition, many yachts tour the sea with jet skis or fast motor boats that do water sports. To avoid any problems, some buoys determine the boundaries of the area where you can enter the sea. It is very dangerous to pass these buoys, I am sure you will consider this warning.
Jumping from the Pier is Dangerous
The depth of the sea in front of our pier is approximately 1 meter 10 centimeters. Therefore, jumping from the pier is very dangerous. Please pay close attention to this.
Taxis
There is a taxi rank very close to our hotel. We can call a taxi for you by phone. When available, a taxi can arrive within a minute or two, but especially in busy months, it may be necessary to wait a long time for a taxi or a taxi may not be found at all. Due to the agreements between the taxi ranks in Bodrum, we can’t call a taxi from another taxi rank. We wanted to inform you in advance about this situation, which does not arise from us but sometimes creates problems for our guests.
Parking Lot
There is a free open-air parking lot next to our hotel. Although it is sometimes very crowded in July and August, you can’t have trouble finding a place for your vehicle. We are here to help you in any way possible.
Pets
We accept our guests to our hotel if they undertake that they can control their pets. Every guest who brings a pet is deemed to have made this commitment. Pets must not be too large, aggressive, too noisy and must not disturb our other guests. We have a few small reminders for those who will come with their pets.
Bodrum is a place with a lot of stray cats and dogs. If your pet is likely to have problems with street animals, please consider bringing it again.
Please make sure that your pet does not make noise in the room or on the pier and does not disturb other guests.
Please be careful that your pets don’t tear the items in the rooms such as the base, bed, pouf, and armchair by scratching them.
We kindly ask you to ensure that your pet does not make the surroundings dirty or that you clean it.
We kindly ask you not to allow your pet to use any of our products such as plates, bowls, towels, and bath towels that we offer to our guests.
Bringing Food and Drinks from Outside
We kindly ask you not to bring any food or drinks from outside to the pier and lobby area.
Hotel Pictures
The hotel pictures were taken in May 2019. We have been continuing to make renovations and repairs at the hotel since then. Therefore, there may be a difference between the pictures and the hotel. For example, all brown MDF furniture in the hotel rooms has been replaced with white IKEA furniture. All cushions and sunbeds on the pier have been replaced with new sunbeds. The tables have been replaced with Ireko tables. Such innovations that we have made to provide better service to you, our guests, may create a difference from the visuals.
